China Airlines is the official airline of the Republic of Taiwan: with a fleet of over 80 planes, the airline connects close to 120 cities worldwide. We further developed the corporate design for the airline in the digital channels operated in Europe. Subsequently, we created a content and technology concept for the websites which was implemented on the basis of our proprietary CMS system for markets in Germany, Austria, Italy, and The Netherlands. One of the main goals: passengers should be able to find all relevant information with fewer clicks and complete flight bookings faster. The result: a significant increase in online bookings of close to 30 %.
