With 1,100 independent banks and close to 13,000 branches, Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken cooperative banks are one of the most successful banking groups in Germany. For this organization, we developed a system to monitor internal requirements for approval of commercial and personal loans. The goal: speed up credit approval and identify potential delays. The SLA compliance tool we developed maps complex workflows digitally. Through the automated notification system, defined recipients are notified of important events. The integrated reporting system enables evaluation in real time.
