Orizon is one of the 15 largest staffing providers in Germany, with more than 80 locations. We built FlexControl for the company, software that covers every step of personnel planning in temporary staffing: staff requests, onboarding, graphical deployment planning, time tracking, co-suppliers, invoicing, a ticket and support system, and collections management. FlexControl serves very different groups of users, so the interface had to be extremely easy to use.

Result
We redesigned the processes and brought them together in FlexControl, from the first staff request to collections. On the start screen, users pick one of six applications: Personnel, Times, Planning, Support, Reports and Finance.
FlexControl is a proprietary development on Microsoft® .NET and Microsoft® SharePoint and runs on desktops, tablets and phones. Which functions are available on mobile depends on the user group; time tracking is one of them. cloudshift® handles the technical operation.
With FlexControl, we can provide our customer with an app suite for all HR processes. Convecto not only redesigned all processes, but also developed tools that were not available on the market in this form up until now.
