With more than 46,600 employees, Carl Zeiss AG is one of the leading companies in the optics industry. Its Shared Service Center Accounting is the in-house service provider for accounting, HR, and policies and guidelines. The centre's staff work at several locations, yet all of them need the same documents and information at any time. We built a bilingual intranet portal for them. From the contact details of individual people to a single policy to download, everything sits in one central place.

Result
We wrote the concept, designed the portal and built it, CMS included. It runs on the cloudshift® Experience Framework. Dynamic filters take staff straight to the content they are looking for.
The content has no fixed order. Staff reach it through several entry points, and the portal adapts it to desktop, tablet and smartphone. cloudshift® took over the technical operation.
