For Merck, we implemented and operate the centrally-deployed, multi-client capable tool for the transmission of email newsletters to employees and customers: hundreds of departments in all locations worldwide use this tool to develop and send their newsletters in accordance with specifications for the corporate design, and to evaluate campaigns. In addition to concept development and technical operation, the templates for the newsletters were also designed by us. Additionally, we ensure that recipient lists are securely managed and that privacy protection guidelines are met worldwide.
